And it was all very interesting

Pennsylvania is right next door to Canada, and Texas is a neighbour to Mexico.

Alaska's a very big state, isn't it?

I always thought Washington D.C was on the west coast, but apparently its not.

I never knew Nevada was a state, I always thought it was part of Caifornia.

I've been looking up where all the DISers live, and so many of you are on the east coast.

How did Lake Eerie come into being? It doesn't appear to be connected to the sea at all.

And I didn't just do America,

Rhian!! You live next to the sea!! I always thought Swansea was in the middle of Wales.

And Bump, Chester's almost in Wales!! I thought it was over near Norwich.

Anyway.......yeah. It was a very enlightening experience :D

(Aaah!! That was a very strange, rambling post  )

lol! I recently learned that I live 15-20 mins away from Delaware (I live in PA). I learned that when my parents told me they were going to Delaware for dinner, I asked why they'd go to a different state just for a meal lol

Don't worry, Bump, I thought Chester was in the North East long before I met you

Although it would be nice to have someone to blame my total lack of geography skills on.......

Yeah too many east coaster DISers... sometimes i think people lie just so they could 'say' they live on the east coast because they like out in the middle of nowhere in like Idaho or something (no offense to those who live in Idaho)

Suzi-Lake Erie is connected to the ocean by the St. Lawrence Seaway ( I think).
