If I arrive on our arrival date, can I check into ALL three sites we've reserved? My brother and sister won't be arriving until the following day. We want to be able to set up the sites beofre they arrive. We're a Grand Gathering, so does that make it possible?

did you reserve all 3 rooms in your name? If so, i don't see what the big deal would be :confused3, I say go for it!!!:goodvibes What is the least that can happen?

Did you reseve all three sites for the same days? If you are checking in for everyone I guess that you could. But I would call Ft wilderness and ask.

You need a "photo" id that matches the name on each ressie. If they are all in your name you should be ok, otherwise don't think it will work.

Well, I called CRO to ask there, and the CM couldn't help me (she said it wasn't legal to put the 3 sites in one person's name, needed an ID at check-in, etc), so she gave me Ft. Wilderness' direct phone number. When I called FW, Vivian first said it wouldn't be possible, then she said it shouldn't be a problem, considering we're a GG under MY name, and she finished by saying that I should call back on July 8 (within the 10 day check-in period, I guess).

So that was clear as mud. :confused3
