Help with timeline on the day

All:

I have not been assigned my wedding coordinator yet for my Escape wedding on 3 Aug 10. I am a later starter to this ;). I need you advice on timeline as I am setting up hair and makeup and photographer for the day. I am staying the Carribean Beach Resort. My wedding is at 2.30pm. I need you suggestions/experience on:

1. What time the limo will pick me up from CBR for a 2.30 pm wedding at the wedding pavillion.

2. I have Randy Chapman as my extra photographer. In your experience what time will I need to be almost ready for my getting photo's in the room with the photographer, this is so I can put it on my contract for hair and makeup.

I was picked up at 2pm to go to the WP. Randy was booked from 1.30pm although he turned up at 1pm. I had Hair and Make-Up from 10.30am I think and they were finished in plenty of time.

Our wedding is at 2:30. Hair and makeup is coming at 10:30 and Randy is coming around 12:30. The plan is to be dressed, etc by 1:00pm
