I heard this from the Sheriff of Kern County CA Carl Sparks on the Larry King Live show regarding the CA kidnappings, as he explained the shooting of the kidnapper. "The deputy in the back went in, grabbed the girls and he's pulling them out the back, the deputy on the drivers side looked in, the suspect was coming backup with a gun, the deputy shot him twice in the head and shot him until he was stopped"" We dont have to worry about him being rehabilitated ,We dont have to worry about the Supreme Court . He's deceased"
This criminal wont victimize anymore youg girls, and the only one's mourning his demise are probably some ACLU members who have yet to find a guilty criminal!!!

I think it is an appropriate quote. We need to be much tougher on criminals of this kind.
