I just was upstairs doing the dishes, and I came back downstairs to check up on you all, to make sure there was not too much fun being had. Well, I am the world's biggest klutz, and I must have just stepped wrong, because I just Tweaked the heck out of my knee. Owie, owie, owie  :( :(
I am sitting with a bag of frozen blueberries on my knee, and man it hurts!
:yep: shameless plug for sympathy since DH is in bed already.

Goofball,
My foot is up on my CPU, I am in front of the computer, and the frozen berries are wrapped up in a dishtowel, and on my knee.
Geez it hurts. :whine: :whine:

Debbie, I feel your pain! I hurt my neck yesterday playing with my DS, I pulled some muscle there. Then, today I got stung by a bee on the back of my leg. I hope you're feeling better soon!:D

Aww... hope it feels better soon. :( Grab some of the frozen berries to eat while they're there, so long as the rest of them won't spill out and make a mess. ;) Might as well make use of having something so yummy right there. ;)
Sending some Disney pixie dust to help it feel better quickly.

Only good news is that you'd better stay on the DIS for a long time to rest up that knee!

I'm so sorry that you hurt yourself. Take it easy for the rest of the night so you don't take a chance of reinjuring it.

Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation (RICE) That's the prescription for a hurt knee or other joint. So put it up, wrap it in an ace bandage, ice it down, and feel better soon!
