Languages

I was just wondering... what languages do you speak? I assume everyone speaks English but anything else? What language are you taking in school? I'm taking Spanish, this'll be my 4th year. I plan to learn to speak fluently.

I'm taking Spanish 3 this year, and i plan to continue in spanish at least through high school.

ive taken french for like 6 years(we were forced at my private school) but now im in public school and im gonna take spanish next year

I will be in Spanish 4 honors next year, but it will be my 5th year taking it. When you take Spanish 1 in middle school it is divided up into two years.

I'm taking my first year of French this year. We're required to take either French or Spanish in 8th.

I went thru spanish 3 this year and wow that was fun. My dad speaks it fluently but never taught me or my brother. I wish he would have now b/c I'm still not comfortable speaking it. But I think I'm gonna take more in college.

Im taking IB Spanish 7-8 this year... I can understand it pretty good, but not if they talk super fast. I can write it good too, and speak it ok. I like it when people talk to me in spanish and i just answer them in English, its just easier. But in the class i am going to be going into, you can ONLY talk in Spanish so im like GRRR :mad:

I wish i knew another lanuage, my friend Nikolai (pernounced nick-o-lie) is from Russia and he knows 4 different langages!! English, Russian, Spanish, and German. I think that is soo cool, and everytime he goes back to Russia he brings me a present :) He is the nicest guy, i have known him since like 5th grade.

I took Spanish for 3 years, and was in Spanish Honors Society too .. But I couldn't fit Spanish 4 into my schedule this year, and I haaaaate the teacher who teaches it lol .. So I'm done with Spanish for now.
