Question about shrimp?

I've seen enough pictures of the shrimp on board to make my mouth water through until we go on our holiday in February. Can anyone tell me if the shrimp is served hot or cold?

There is the cold shrimp in shell at the buffet when you board. Then there is the cold huge shrimp out of the shell at Palo's brunch buffet. And then there is the warm fried coconut shrimp at Parrot Cay ...
