I also have Carol. I have heard from her assistant Jessica but haven't heard from Carol in a while.

Carol was on vacation about a 2 weeks ago. She's back though. I sent her an email about making my minimum expenditure payment last weekend and she replied to me promptly Monday morning.

But I hear from Jessie more often than Carol. I'll be meeting her in about a week for my planning session.

That makes sense. I probably hadn't talked to her since before she went on vacation. I just made my planning session with her too for April 20th!
