HELP. We need to add things!

So.... turns out we are $1,875 UNDER the pre-tax minimum and need to spend some more. I was thinking of adding Mickey and Minnie and maybe a Rolls Royce but I was wondering if I could get suggestions from you wonderful ladies around here. What are things you are so glad you added or wish you would've added???:confused3

I think adding characters is a great way to spend it. Maybe go for different ones instead of Mickey and Minnie. Stitch maybe?

not to be bitter.... but it seems like everyone has like 87 more guests than us and are still way under!!!!!! arg!!!

i haven't done it yet (1/2011), but are you doing a MK photo shoot? the 2 characters will almost spend that much... if i had another 2G to spend, i'd probably do more decorations somewhere or a diessert party....

we were too! We added epcot shoot along with MK shoot, sorbet slipper, confetti canons, glow ice cubes at DP. good luck!:goodvibes

I vote for Characters!! They were SO worth it!! What about the confetti or floral canons???

Is a half hour for the characters really enough time? I suppose it is and I would rather spend the money on 30 minutes with them then 5 minutes in a car. DF doesn't really care either way.

I think it is SO worth it. Our guests loved it and it lead to many great photo ops.

We chose Mickey and Minnie in their regular outfits. As our colors were red, white and black this was perfect.

If you have more than one character can you stagger their arrival times?

I will say characters are so worth it. Especially if you keep it a secret from your guests-we told NOONE about MIckey and Minnie and when they showed up the entire place went crazy. Everyone got on the dance floor and kept talking about it all night. To me it was worth the money completely. Check out my ciggy and there is a pic of us cutting the cake with them. We were lucky enough to request them in purple since that was my main color and one of the available colors. I do wish we did a MK shoot the morning after our wedding instead of the photographers at the DP but what can you do.
