The DIS Dad's Club

To all the Dads out there. There is a group on the DIS called the "DIS Dad's Club" over on the Family board. I wanted to post it here because I think there are a number of Dads on the Unplugged board who haven't seen this group on the Family board. It looks like a lot of fun.

This group is a great group of guys just hanging out talking about "dad stuff" and poking fun at each other. The conversations lead to all things Disney and what is going on in our lives. I have had the pleasure of meeting one dad on my last trip.

I think any of the guys on this board would fit in just nicely. All dads are welcome.:thumbsup2

Glad you found us Aaron and thanks for posting here. I stumbled on the group a couple of months ago and have found a few things.

1. We do stray off topic a lot. The mods seem to leave us alone because they know it would be a waste of time.

2. If you confess to doing something stupid, (which seems second nature to most of us) you will get taunted. I know this from actual experience. Skin needs to be thick.

3. In order to join, you need to ask Emma’s Dad when he is going to finish his trip report.

Actually it is a great group of dads who love their families and Disney.

We are already on our third thread and close to 450 strong, lots of different opinions and a place to ask questions of other Dads.
If you can get past all the pokes and jabs, its a great place to hang out... oh ya by the way ask Don how his TR is doing the next time you are there.:lmao:
