Anyone ever stay at the Renaissance Worldgate on 192 at Maingate Lane??? How are the rooms? Is it clean? My parents have a reservation there for later this year, and if it is bad I will have them change it. Thanks for any help!

It is not bad at all. It is a seven story hotel with interior corridors. It used to be a Doubletree. The grounds are a bit bland and the building is notheing special but decent looking. The interior was all fine. The public areas are nicely decorated. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of drawer space but the bathroom was a bit small. It was quiet there as well. The pool area is in a central courtyard and was not really big or special, but clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent as there is a backroad very nearby that can get you onto Disney Property near the Animal Kingdom. I could actually see the Tree of Life from my room, though it was distant. My drive from the hotel to the epcot parkinglot was about 10 minutes.

Thanks a lot daannzzz! I drive by the hotel almost everyday, and it looks ok, but I have not been inside ever.
