Hi Everyone
Anyone out there use hotelkingdom.com for hotel reservations? I found some really great rates on hotels for our trip next year. I want to make sure it's a reputable place before I book a hotel. Any feedback is greatly appreciate. Thanks! ;)

We are booked using them for our trip in two weeks. We have found their customer service to be outstanding. They have great rates. They handled our transfer from one hotel to another with great efficiency. I have checked with the hotels to confirm my reservations and everything is fine. When the rates went even lower, they adjusted our rate with no questions asked. I am sure I'll have no problems once I'm there. I'd heard reports of people not getting their deposits back but we had ours back from the hotel we cancelled from in 24 hours.

Thanks Everbody for replying so quickly!! I trust you guys and I am going to book our room at The Caribe Royale. I've heard nothing but wonderful things about it and it looks absolutely beautiful! If anyone has any negative feedback from there please  let me know!!! Right now we're booked at the Enclave and I've heard from lots of different people that it's horrible and it's a dump! It looks so beautiful on the internet pictures. I've heard it looks nothing like the internet pictures. So we're switching hotels. Thanks again!!!!!!! :Pinkbounc Connie

If you traveling with kids, you would be better off at the HIFS
which is right down the road from Caribe. We have stayed at
both and the only thing I liked better about the Caribe was the
pool. HIFS has some great rates going around. Someone
recently posted 94.50/night and the suite is 3 rooms!
If you have any questions, email me--Good Luck!!
