Oh no. I am sorry and I hope all is well.
I am not sure how it works, I just wanted to say how sorry I am. I am sure you will get great advice on this board.

My suggestion is to first contact a couple of different timeshare brokers and compare their costs and commisions. The Timeshare Store, sponsor's of this site, http://www.dvc-resales.com/, are an excellent place to start. Shontell Crawford, formerly of the Timeshare Store, has now started her own business. You might want to compare costs with her:
Shontell Crawford
Lic. Real Estate Broker
Timeshares By Resale, Inc.
1-800-844-4099
Ph: 407-248-0804
Fax: 407-370-4716
info@TimesharesByResale.com
Sorry to hear that you might have to consider selling. Good luck to you.

The Tug boards have advice on how to sell or buy a timeshare at:
Click on 'advice' on the left side.
The TUG boards also have a classified ads thread. If you find a buyer there, it will savea brokerage fee. Click on 'classified ads' on the left side.
They will give you the most unbiased info.
The Timeshare Store is a sponsor of this site and has been recommended by many on the forums.
