I cant belive what I saw

I pulled up to Dunkin Donuts for my daily cup of Ice Coffee, and the car next to me had this little dog locked in it with the window open a half inch. I so badly wanted to find the owner and put them in the car with the windows closed for a half an hour. Unfortunately I couldnt find them

I would have waited a few mins to see if the owner didn't appear. If it was more than a few mins, I would have called the cops.

They don't take lightly to that around here....they would've forced open the car door to get the pooch out, then waited for the owner to fine him!

I have seen that happen at Animal Kingdom in the parking lot where Security were breaking in to rescue the dog. What are people thinking????

Next time (hopefully there won't be one) call the police. They will open the car and rescue the pet. They may also ticket the owner. That SHOULD teach them a lesson, if they have to pay a fine and get yelled at by a judge.
