Hey all! Happy Friday! Woo! :woohoo:

So I called today and added the QSDP to our package for next month. The CM I spoke with said he would have confirmation emailed to me within an hour - but that was 8 hours ago and I'm still email-less...

I had HUGE problems with booking my vacation and getting confirmations (both online and on the phone) and ended up getting double booked & double charged. So I obviously don't want to call and have them charge me another huge chunk of cash when I already paid!

Basically, does anyone know how long it takes to get confirmations on things like this? I stupidly forgot to ask for a confirmation number from the CM - we got to chatting about CBR and how excited I am to stay there for the first time, oops!

Its just frustrating to NOT know!

Plus, he didn't wish me a "magical day"... just a normal great one. :sad1:

I would wait until morning, call in and talk to another CM and have them look it up - if you don't receive your e-mail by morning, that is.

I have in the past gotten confirmations and whatnot at odd times like 3am, I assume that they queue them up in the server and they all get sent at once on some sort of nightly 'cleanout' process.

That being said, I have also gotten almost-immediate (within 10 minutes) confirmations too.

You may also wish to try logging in to disneyworld.com and pulling up your reservation to see if it reflects the change.

Hope it works out! :goodvibes

Yep, I would call in the morning if you haven't gotten confirmation. TWICE, I have called and made changes, gotten no email and when I called back they didn't have the changes listed, AT ALL?!?!?! :confused3

It has always taken a couple of days for my email confirmations to come through. I don't know why their system is so slow. But after the first couple times, I've always known to wait a couple of days.

As long as you aren't super close to your vacation dates, I would give it a couple days and then follow up.
I'm sure your vacation was booked....Disney wants your money.

Don't forget to check your junk mailbox. I get a lot of Disney things that go to junk. I have no idea why.

I don't trust this new-fangled e-mailed technologically whole thing. I want my confirmation in writing!
