A couple of random questions I need help with.....

1. Is the dining plan valid at the water parks?

2. If we are only staying two nights, but almost three days, should we get the dining package?

3. Is the dining package available at all the on site hotels and is it good in all their restaurants?

1) Yes, it will be accepted at the CS in the water parks; there is no TS at either water park. There may be some kiosks that don't accept dining or snack credits.

2) Can't answer that for you - you will have to determine if it will fit the way you plan to eat on the almost 3 days you spend there.

3) the Disney Dining Plans are not available at the Swan/Dolphin resorts, or at Shades of Green, and dining credits are not accepted at restuarants in either place. Of the WDW-owned resorts, the only resort TS that do not accept dining credits are Victoria & Alberts and the Garden View Tea Room, both at the Grand Floridian. Some resort restaurants are designated "signature" and cost two TS credits per meal. There may be some kiosks at resorts selling fast food that do not accept dining credits (the Boardwalk kiosks and pizza window, for example)

I don't know why Allears isn't updating this but I think most of the restaurants are on the DDP for 2010 that are shown for 2008

Not necessarily, as you will not find Kouzzina or Sanaa on that list, and there are several new CS that went in where the park McDonalds outlets used to be.
