Looking for more...
My week-and-a-half-from-six year old dayghter is a dancer (and a gymnast and a cheerleader). She has been dancing since she was 3...ballet for a couple of years, now it is ballet and tap...and she cannot wait ot add jazz next year...but she has also been asked to join the competion team next year so who knows what will happen!!! They have their recital mid-May and the theme is Wizard of Oz but they are using a lot of music from Wicked...in fact their ballet is to a Wicked song...for tap they are doing a tin man song but I am not sure where it is from...I hope she sticks with it and continues to love it like she does now...
But anyway, I'm waiting to hear more about your trip...

now my sister!
kelly is 12, but shell be 13 when we go. shes also disney obsessed and has been on all the same trips as me. she also dances but isnt as into it as me. she quit theatre a few years ago. she has a weird obsession with pigs. idk she just loves them! that and france. her room is alllll paris themed. it has eiffel towers everywhere so epcot is perfect for her!she used to HATE big rides and still wont go on some (like at universal) yet surprisingly tower of terror is her favorite! ahah.
favorite ride: tot
favorite park: magic kingdom
favorite char.: tigger
not for nothing Casey but i havnt liked pigs since 4th grade?!? :rotfl2:but whatever everyone can still tell im really cool from reading this (even though i have no friends on this website so add me haha!!!):thanks:

okay so a little while ago we made our food reservations!
Here we go:
Wolfgang Puck Cafe in Downtown Disney
Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club
The Wave at the Contemporary Resort
Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge
50's Prime Time Cafe in DHS
What do you think? I chose Prime Time (remember my beloved fried chicken? (gf i might add)) and i also chose cape may (ahhhh lovee ). my sister chose the wave and wolfgang pucks because she liked the menu but weve never been. Jiko was a family decision.
the second night were either gonna go to a restaraunt in seaworld (know any that are good with gluten free?) outback steakhouse, or we'll cook in the villa. theres another night that were gonna use the grills at animal kingdom and have a bbq in our villa!
Sounds lke a good lineup

The 2003 guide huh? So much as changed since then! I'm sure your loca library has at least the 2009 one, if not the 2010 one. I'm already done reading my 2010 guide.
And aww, it's too bad you don't like your volunteering. I LOVED doing that in high school. And I love volunteering now too. I've volunteered at a Salvation Army thrift store before, so I understand what you mean by sorting clothes....feels like doing chores ALL DAY

I love Goose and Chad. Awesome names. You think you're lame? One year at a Swiss Chalet with my friends, we named the BUTTER that came with the bread! Those little round packaged ones. We had boys and girls, and they were our butter babies. Then our friends sitting at another table, took some of them, stabbed one, and returned it with a note on the napkin saying that if we wanted to see the rest, we would pay for their dinner.
Haha...yes....I know what you're thinking....WE'RE SO COOL, RIGHT?? :D

Can more than one family fit in one villa?
Yeah, I heard about that trip with your dance company. That is SOOO COOL. Non of the organizations I used to be a part of went to Disney World. Of course...flying from Canada is super pricey....which is probably why.
Apparently, a friend of mine in another university was offered to go on a 4th yr trip to WDW where they would get their own special tours and seminars. How cool does THAT sound. They also get the dining plan, stay at a moderate, and more money to spend on souvies. I'm so jealous of him.
Haha, tell us more about your upcoming trip! I'm sure there's more to say than what you've already said. Has Kelly told you about the dismeet?

Put more about our trip i don't want to read about NYC on a disney website!!!
The tree house villas fit up to 9 people. There are only 8 of us going, and we'd all fit comfortably (no sharing beds or anything). Personally I think it's going to be a lot of fun, Casey just likes to whine :rotfl:

Also, if you update more, you can get more readers. These PTRs can get easily forgotten if they end up on page 3 all the time. So keep it updated and keep it on the first page!
Also, a good way is to just go visit other PTRs and TRs and make friends! Eventually, you'll have more readers
And wow.......I'd love to stay in a villa one year...very far off into the future....Maybe with my own family? No....don't wanna spoil my kids so soon

we woke up early that morning (7:30 ok not that early but early to me!) ready to head out to nyc. it was me jenn cara michaela and jenns mom and dad. we wanted to be out the door by 8:30.
well that didnt happen. jenn likes to look perfect and didnt have her hair done till 8 30. then she had to get her stuff together get dressed eat and we left around 10 :upsidedow
soo we piled in the car at 10 ready to hit the big city!
jenn doesnt live to far away so we were there by 10:45. not bad :) we. we walked around times square for a bit then took pictures. by 11:30 we were sooo hungry so we headed for lunch at my favorite place:
ELLENS STARDUST DINER!
if youve never been GO! NOW! its sooooo good. and the best part is all the waiters and waitresses are broadway people so they sing during your meal. its like waitstaff karaoke. and there amazing singers. i love it!!! i got this really yummy cobb salad too. :cutie:
then we went shpping. a lot of shopping. my favorite is the little broadway stores since i loveee broadway! :lovestruc
now heres where we learn how good of a person i am!!!!! :yay:
sooo kelly has wanted this perfume for months. its juicy couture : viva la juicy. she has begged for it and no one has gotten it. well were in the juicy couture store and i see in the corner of the store for 20 dollars (its like 40 in ri) and i pick it up. the guy who works there walks over and says "can i help you?" and i was like "oh im just looking at this" well he says "if you have a student id you get 25 percent off!" so this 50 dollar perfume is wicked cheap (its still a waste since its like a littl erolll on jar but o well) well being the good sister that i am... i bought it for her! (be thankful kelly )
well were in another store and i see this hat. its a nice hat and my dad likes hats so what do i do...
i buy it...
then theres this really pretty christmas tree ornament... ya know the gold kind my mom loves...
ya i bought that too!
arent i nice?
haha :rotfl:
anyway i bought my self a rent t shirt that i loveee and i got a pressed penny that has a picture of times square on it. o and some almond joys from the hershey store. and a book from rock of ages (wait)
so after shopping we headed to hard rock cafe! i love this place too! and it wasnt too loud today! BONUS! i got another cobb salad because the one at ellens was sooo good but i got a different kind of dressing! :lmao:
after dinner we headed to the nederlander theatre to see rock of ages! it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooo good  i love love love love lovedd it!
after the show we got playbills (and my book) signed. then we went back to jenns!
(too early for my taste but oh well maybe ill go again this summer... well maybe not:rolleyes:)
Oh my goodness!
I LOVE Ellen's Stardust Diner!! :D
It's wonderful!:yay:

Huh...had no idea there is such a fuss over inhalers. I'm pretty sure braces don't set off anything...
My day will be starting off pretty early too. But we have connecting flights, so won't be getting there till close to 3pm. Which is perfect cause our room will be ready!
That's a funny sign. It's cute that they have to tell people that, haha.
Mmm, starbucks.

I know the metal detectors to get onto the Disney Cruises are very strong and caught my braces but it was only because I was laughing and my mouth was open :rotfl2: Besides that I've never really had a problem with them.
Casey's inhalers have always caused problems for us. I can never figure out why but I guess they look dangerous through the Xray machine thing? Either way it gets pretty annoying vacation after vacation to have to be stopped so they can see she has asthma :lmao:

Yups, I'm coming from Toronto, Ontario, up here in the great white north.
Maybe next time before the boxes go in for scanning, hold it up and say, "It's an inhaler! I'm putting it in this box right here..". Yeah, taking it out of your bag would probably diffuse some of the confusion

Yeah! And yes, I AM getting there the same day you are!
Omg, on my first trip ever to WDW, on our way back, my sister bought a little Tink snowglobe, and put it in her suitcase. We didn't know that wasn't allowed. So when we got our suitcase back, the lock we put on it was gone, the stuff in the suitcase was messy, and the snowglobe was broken and all the stuff around it was wet! They left a note saying they opened it.
We made sure to wrap the snowglobe up too. So I think for some reason, they broke it, while it was still in the suitcase, instead of taking it out =.=
I know better this time, so I'll be buying her a new one to replace the last one.

aww thats kinda sad! :guilty: they shouldnt be able to just break into your suitcase like that!
I think they saw some liquid in the scanners, and broke it open to see what it was, in case it was something dangerous :confused3 Still sucks though. Our first trip away from home without our parents and we come home to that
okay so Day 2 is getting changed around... ALOT!
our original plan was Seaworld then late dinner at the hotel and some swimming. Nothing fancy!
well about a week ago my mom went on the seaworld website to look at ticket prices... they cost 80 dollars per person!!!!! :scared1: It was ridiculous we'd be spending 300$ for one day in seaworld!
soo she looked at the disney website... to add one day to our park hopper passes would cost 12 dollars. not per person. 12 dollars total! only 3 dollars per person!
so seaworld was out of the question... basically if we went to seaworld we wouldnt eat in disney world! (id rather eat and i think the rest of us would as well!)
well then we went back to the disney website. and guess what...
for the price of 1 and a 1/2 of us getting into seaworld we could all get into either Disney Quest or 1 Water park!
Disney Quest was outvoted pretty quickly... it just didnt appeal to us. And my mom automatically decided she would rather relax at the hotel so the three of us (me kelly and dad) could go somewhere without her. soo we decided... Lets to typhoon lagoon! (we did blizzard beach last year!)
well my parents then realized if we didnt do that we would save money. so now were just doing another day at a normal park with dinner at the hotel! pretty low key!
Wow, sure is a lot of changes. My itinerary went through a LOT of changes too. I was planning to get the WPAM option, but in the end, decided I'd rather just have a couple of days where we don't have to wake up too early. I know DBF is really going to appreciate that.
I hear Typhoon Lagoon is the more relaxing of the waterparks. I can't wait to try them out when I take my younger cousins to WDW in 2013.
Also, I don't think you should have "READ!" in your title. Sounds way too desperate..... Have you just tried visiting other TRs and PTRs and just making friends? Seriously, that is the best way to get more readers.

I'm a ballet dancer too. I haven't danced since 2005 though. I was in ballet for 6 years. I really miss it, but my university doesn't have any real ballet classes I can join. Just a pop ballet class, and I don't believe it such a thing.

I was sitting in the back seat with duncan and he had his head out the window. Pretty soon a boy around my age walks over to me and asks to pet duncan. I said okay and he starts petting him then goes "Hi Puppy". Now this doesnt seem wierd right? Well it was. He said "Hi Puppy" in the wierdest voice. He like made his voice alll gargly and deep and it was soooo wierd! :rotfl:
:lmao:That was soooo funny
Sarah took out her Glow in the dark frisbee and the kids played frisbee then we made s'mores. Kelly has this thing about making s'more jokes and was constantly saying stupid ones! :sad2: COLOR]

Hey Casey! I hope you didn't think I've been neglecting you! I also hope Kelly has told you about how busy I've been with school work.
No Spectro or Wishes? Is this because of the Electrical parade? I need to keep myself up to speed. apparently, our Aug.20 MK night's EMH has been extended to 3am! Guess who'll be riding Space Mountain at 2:30am???? That's right, ME!!
That's a NIIIICE rental car for the 4 of you. VERY nice. I can't remember if you've scheduled a day to the beach during your trip. That would be so fantastic.
Camping eh? I haven't gone camping since I was.....13. When I used to be in Scouts. Yes, Scouts. It was co-ed, and my mom didn't know about girl guides. So who ended up being the only girl in Scouts? If you said "Yuki", then right again. It was still fun though.
Hahaha, I can imagine that gargly deep voice. That's so weird!
14 days Casey and Kelly! We'll be at WDW this time in just two weeks!

Aww, sounds like you guys had a great time! I've never been camping with my family, so I wonder what it's like.....my parents are so not the type though.
Where did they get mini mining hats? Did you guys bring them? The thought of them is cute though, working on little frogs. How creative.
Ahhhhh, I wanna go swimming. Can you believe I haven't gone swimming ONCE this summer???? What a waste, right? I mean, I've been on the beach, but mostly just kind of hung around cause it was too cold to go in the water. I can't wait to try out the POP pool. I'm promising myself to go at LEAST twice. Hope I fulfill my promise!
And wow, that car was the cheapest? LOL about the safety issue. I don't know if that's a good thing or not....
Well, Karin (dizneet) told me about the change in EMH hours, so I'm sure it's right. More time at MK! woohoo! And less tiny little kids to bump into too. Not that I don't love little kids. Just.....it'll be nice :)
Hm...no Spectro.....Well, I can live. It's not like I'm never coming back. I'll catch it next time.
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY, you guys better try to come to my dismeet! I need to send out some pms to let y'all know I'm gonna be dressed up as a pirate. Cause of the Pirate's League!

Well, you know how I look like. Just imagine me as a pirate! Aaarrrrr!!
I understand that you're parents would be iffy. They should join us too! There will be other parents there with their kids at the meet.
Oh, other parks are open late too??? I gotta check this out.
Oooh, I just checked. The night I'm watching Fantasmic, there will be TWO showings! Which means I don't have to line up for as long for the 2nd showing, yay!

YAAAY for getting your shopping done. I've bought most of the non-food items for my trip. Will begin packing tomorrow.
I'm still in the city where my university is. I'll be going back to home city just 3 days before we leave, to buy food and get me a haircut before the trip

Well, I have to pack now cause all my clothes and stuff are here and not in my hometown. So everything needs to be packed before I go to Toronto. Food can be bought when I'm in Toronto and packed into suitcases then.
That gif is so cuute! Just adorable.

Wow, that's a lot of stuff you've packed to read. I liked Picture of Dorian Gray! We never got any "summer reading" in high school though....
I'll be packing my Orlando Attractions magazine, a detective novel I picked up, and my DS. That's more than enough for me. Andrew will have movies on his laptop to watch.
Some planes DOOO have wifi. Usually in the business or first class section.
Yah, no point buying printer ink just for this trip stuff. That's what work printers are for! PS, I once used my work printer and photocopier to make invitations for my awesome Disney princess movie slumber party.
Awww, dropping dogs off IS sad....Andrew's dog hates car rides, so it's a little different for us. But it's always so sad....cause you know they're looking at you thinking,"Where are you going? Why are you leaving us here?" >___<

I bought loot bags, and Princess party favors, and plates and cutlery, and tiaras for us. All Disney Princess stuff! Don't you just love that section in the dollar store?
I hope to throw a Tinkerbell party soon. I still haven't gotten that Tinkerbell birthday I've been wanting.

That section always gives me ideas for parties I want to have. One day, I will have my hawaiian themed party. And all the guys will be forced into coconut bras :rotfl2:
