Last time we went we were told the "Salon was full" and they weren't letting anyone else in that day? I think that was around 10.30am.

Just wondered if there is a quieter time to go in as would like to take my Mum in this time.

My plan was to be there at 9.00 and go in before the park opened but wonder if that is peak time?

Thanks :lovestruc

there are only a limited amount of places inside. its strange they told you nobody else was allowed inside that day. isnt it open until 12? we visited around 9 and it was empty.

If we go, we always go around 9am, and are usually out of there by 10 (we have a cookie or muffin and a drink for breakfast there if we've not got out of bed early enough). I've only once been in when all the tables were being occupied, usually there are no more than 2 or 3 groups in when we go.

Cheers guys - wonder if they had just had a busy day. We were a group of 8 but there were 6 shareholders of us amongst the party so it wasn't like it was one shareholder and lots of guests.

Very excited now.

When I was last there in December, they muffins and cookies were laid out on trays on the CMs desk, so they obviously see what you are taking. Salon Mickey and the refreshments there are a perk for shareholders, so to be honest, I think it would be frowned upon if you took stuff from there for later :confused3, unless you were invited to by the CM of course.

yeah i think they had to limit what they offered and they had to move the snacks out to the cms desk because of people taking stuff for later and not leaving any for other guests.

normally they are waving the tray at us trying to get us to take more :lmao: we only take two or three items between the three of us. usually ash doesnt finish her cookie so i put that in my bag for later. its not like i can give it back :rotfl2:

It is definitely frowned upon to take any food out of SM. The CM's seem to get quite cross about it

i echo reid - they frowned on us for wanting to take to half empty bottles of water with us!!!!

they do seem very strict - but then, saying that, when we went there was barely enuf cake for one each and we felt very uncomfortable asking for more....

was our 1st visit to salon mickey, and havent been back since :( maybe this time we will try again and hope for a happy cm!

yeah we had a very grumpy cm one day and a lovely one the next. he said it was fine for ash to take her cookie. otherwise it would be going in the bin.

I have always put one of my pasteries in my bag & they have never said anything. I have always had nice CM's though:goodvibes Providing they have enough you are entitled to 2 each, one time the CM was very apologetic over the lack of choice:confused3 its something for nothing so she didn't have to apologise but it was a nice gesture
