Has early November ever been included in Free Dining??

Last year they did offer an extra Free Dining it started after the regular one ended in October. It was for Oct-Dec with a few blackout dates. It also was the one that the value resorts got QSDP.

Two years ago we went the second week of November and had free dining. The Christmas decorations were already up.

There was a general public offer in 2009 covering check-ins between September 27 and December 17, with only a few blackout dates surrounding Thanksgiving. This offer allowed free QSDP for value guests and free basic dining at moderates or above.

That's the only time there has been a general public free dining offer covering that period. There may have been PIN offers before 2009, but there wasn't a general public offer for anyone outside Great Britain.

In November 2006 we got free dining with a pin. In November 2008 we got it with the Disney Visa that later was open to the public. Both times were over Thanksgiving but we checked in before the black out dates. We are hoping to get it again this year though now it will be the QSDP.
