Anyone do the Day Tour of Paris?

Has anyone done the Day Tour of Paris?

Discover Paris by coach, visit the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower and enjoy a boat cruise
on the Seine river. Recorded commentary in English during
the bus tour and the cruise.
The Cityrama coach departs from and returns to Disney’s Hotel New York®.

What places does the tour go? Do they let you off the bus or is this just a "drive by" type of bus tour?

When we did the tour it was mainly organsied and you didn't get much free time at all.

The bus picked up outside the Hotel New York around 8am but be aware that there can be lots of coaches going to the same destination, you need to look for the English sign on the coach before boarding, we had 10 coaches to look at before finding an English one!!

You drove to a few photo spots to take pictures, drove around looking at various sights and listening to the commentary but to be honest the commentary was out of synch with what we were viewing!! We pulled up at the river seine for the boat cruise, again English Commentary on a telephone handset but the boat was playing romantic parisian music in the background so you couldn't hear the commentary, we then went to the Eiffel tower up to the first floor and you did get some free time here to explore further/have lunch before getting the bus back to Disney. I tihnk we got back to Disney around 6pm as I can remember dashing into the park for a couple of hours!!

We did the tour and all enjoyed it, inc my 4 year old.

However, I wouldn't recommend it if you will be losing out on a Disney day and only have a limited number of days.

You also get about 1 1/2 hours at the Louvre where you can get some lunch.
