Universal/IOA park guides or video question

Does anyone know where I can request current park maps or a video or something from Universal? I am having much more trouble finding good info on Universal than on Disney stuff. We have done Disney a lot, but we haven't ventured off site.....until this year.

Last yer we ordered a vacation planning video from Universal, right off of their web site. It had some good info and views of the park, so find that if you can.
