Site visit room discount

At the bottom of the information I just got it says that they offer a 10% off stay for doing a site visit. Is this for your whole stay, or just one night? Also, right now I can get a room for 35% off for when I am going, is that 10% on top of my 35%? Or will I just get 10%?

You can only use one of the discounts. So you would have to choose between the 35% or 10%.
