A few questions about the Cheyenne...

HI,

I read somewhere that there is wifi in some parts of the hotel. Can I request a room with wifi? If so, would I be better to do so in advance or do I have to wait until check-in?
DS and I are going with my cousin and his family. Can we request for our rooms to be near to each other? If so, would I better to ask in advance or wait until check-in? I don't expect us to be next door but it would be good to be near to each other.

In most of the hotels there is only wifi in the public areas (bar/reception etc) and you do have to pay for it.

You can ask for rooms to be close to each other but they wil say they cant guarantee it - you can phone in advance to ask for this

the hotels dont have wifi in the rooms

about a week before you go you can either ring or send an email to dlp.uk.admin@disney.com to request rooms close together or adjoining. these cant be guaranteed but they are usually pretty good at helping you out.

I'd make sure to request rooms close by before you get there - as when you check in the rooms have already been allocated to you xx
