You have to pay for the tea, coffee, sweeteners etc.
I always go to the pound shop before we head off, you can get those "all in one" white coffee, capucchino, chocolate etc drinks (the last lot I got was white Nescafe) - 8 cups for £1. Its all dried goods too, so it can go in your hand luggage :goodvibes.

when we went last year they were pushing a tea + coffee package with the kettle which came with Coffee caff + decaff and various teas + biscuit packs. Basically what you get for free in a Travelodge in the UK. We got caught out a bit last year and found it nigh impossible to get coffee and tea any other way as most come from instant drink machines. Though if you don't mind paying silly money for a single coffee you can nick some sugars and coffee sticks from places such as the Hotel New York Bar
Seriously you will get more bang for your buck by buying the travel size coffee sachets and some teas of your choice. You can get milk sachets from the McDonald's in Disney Village I believe and Starbucks are literally about to launch an instant coffee brand in the UK tomorrow to boot if you have any picky coffee drinkers among you
