Can you still get a box of donuts in the resort stores for a snack credit?

You can still buy them but you can't use a snack credit. Anything that is now labelled as 'for sharing' does not qualify as a snack.

Awe, those were the days when you could feed the whole family breakfast with one snack credit....:goodvibes

And that's exactly why you can't do it. A snack credit is granted to one person, and the resulting snack expected to feed one person. NOT a criticism, accusation, or any other negative-intent comment; merely an informational statement.

Yep, those donuts were our favorite breakfast SC. And yes that was so good of a deal it had to end.
The old rule was based more on $ amount than on how many it may feed. We too got the box of donuts from our hotel market using a single snack credit. Looks like overal cost of using the DP has gone up considerably with no included tip, no appetizer and snack limitations.
Still a good value if used wisely. I saw a woman at POP use a TS credit to purchase a mini-pizza, soda and a cookie. Should have paid OOP and not bothered with the DP.
