Pets in rooms at RPH

Please tell me there are certain rooms they re-use
for people with pets - my son and I are highly
allergic to cats and dogs and it would be disaster
to get in one of these rooms (we are in

Yes, special rooms are set aside as "pet rooms." If they need to use another room for a pet they remove all the drapes and do a special cleaning to remove all pet dander.

I suggest you let them know of your allergy and make a special request that you not be placed in a pet room.
