problems with DA points

Could someone explain to me how this works? At the end of the recent quarter, I had 774 points. The next day, I had 204. I did not have enough to cash out yet 570 points disappeared. On the DA boards it says that no one lost points but they are not in my cash out column. Do you lose all points at the end of a quarter if they aren't over 800? I did have trouble updating my account as on my Macintosh you can't access anything but the earn column but that should not have caused this? I updated once I got to school for some summer work. HELP. The points add up so fast that I don't want to make any mistakes in the future.

The points were taken out so people were not confused over there "current quarter" numbers, but they just have not yet been put in the member balance yet in the correct category. I'm sure the points are not gone for good, just temporary.

You are able to carry points into the next quarter so they were not just taken away.

I'm sure they will be back on the members balance page as soon as Bob is able to run a program to put them there.

It was not just you, this was done to everyone, but just not fully completed yet.
