Are there towels at the pool or do we need to bring them down? I'm also asking about the quiet pools as well. Are the pools open late? Also what kind of room reguests should we ask for? (garden view in Sept.) And do you walk to your room with you luggage or can they bring it to you later if you want to go to the parks? I'm sorry for all the questions, we're just so excited! The kids have no idea- they think we're headed to texas for a vacation, can't wait to see their faces when we pull inot the airport bound for orlando.

What a great surprise! You'll love the Poly.
There are towels at the volcano pool but I'm not sure about the quiet pool. The pools are open lat but the slide in the main pool closes somewhere around 9 (not sure about the time of this). We used the volcano pool when we were there last Aug after midnight sometimes. There are no lifegaurds on duty late at night.
Someone will bring your luggage to your room and give you a ride on a small golfcart. I don't know if they will bring your luggage to your room while you leave for the park. If your room is not ready when you check in, they will hold your luggage while you go off though. They will deliver your luggage to your room.
I would request something close to the GCH and pools. Not sure what building to request though but I'm sure there is someone out there with a building name to request.
