Package was mailed today, estimated arrival date is Monday :cool1::cool1: It's actually 2 packages, I couldn't fit it one. I also can't remember if I put my user name on the note :headache: I swear, since turning 40 some of my brain functions have stopped working.

Ver interesting! I returned home from mailing my exchange to find one waiting for me!

Thank you, Patsy:goodvibes I've gotten a pair of gardening gloves, tools which are always welcomed...a cultivator and trowel, parsley seeds - Italian, new variety for me, Gladiolus and Amaryllis bulbs, and onion sets.:thumbsup2 I'm looking foward to getting in the garden. I've had lots of success with Gladiolus and love how they bloom. I've not ever planted the outdoors amaryllis, but I have a good supply that I keep indoors from year to year. It's going to be fun seeing them in my garden!

Thank you again for organizing the fun exchange!!!

Bobbi

PS. I forgot the Miracle Grow sticks for my indoor fertilizing. Thanks, I needed them, was all out!

From orangesforadam I found inside the box:

a ceramic chicken, I think it sitting on a very tall basket
a pair of garden gloves
a 4 pack of plant markers with a pen
a roll of mulch film
a book "Planting Your Garden"

I first thought it would be a how-to book. But once I got inside it I was surprised at just how much information about different kinds of plants could be found.

Thank you for my exchange. :)

I didn't want to risk anything happening to live plants in the postal system.

Thank you very much Bobbi. She had sent me-
*Package of gladdiolas-such a nice purple, and yellow combination.
*Gardening sheers
*Sunflower seeds
*Clematis....I have never seen these before, and that is such a nice story that you had told me about.
*Starbucks gift card-so that I can get something refreshing to drink after I am done gardening.

:flower3::flower3::flower3: this completes our exchange :). Thank you everyone for being on time, and for a successful swap. Hope we can do another one again soon. :flower3:

Planted my onion sets today! St. Patrick's day is traditionally a day for planting peas and onion sets, but I've hardly ever been able to do it. Today is a gorgeous day and I picked an area that's not saturated.

How is everyones garden coming along?

Bobbi, the clematis plant that you had sent to me is growing :goodvibes. :flower3:

Hi..onion sets are 2-3 inches high. I've shared some with 2 friends, so there are others who will be enjoying the bounty. I'm hoping to get the amaryllis bulbs out today, but if it's too early to plant those, I will go out and do some weeding. The dandelions are coming!:scared1:

I'm glad the clematis is growing. I did some cutting back on mine earlier this week. I also took the first steps to get it growing up the trellis for this year.
