Questions from a colleague

My colleague is taking his 12yo daughter to DLP in June.

They are staying at the Cheyenne for 4 nights.

He is calling up to upgrade his HB to plus form standard, should he put in a request for a certain building or location? He says he paid extra for a preferred room he thinks.

I stayed in Billy the Kid which was opposite the restuarant etc, great location and i'm hoping to make the same request again.

We stayed in the annie oakley and would request it again. just across from the laundry room (its got an ice machine) close enough to the main aeras.
