Can anyone tell me who flies into CDG and has good reliable flights and a reasonable price?
We were planning on driving over from Ely (where we are staying while in UK) to DLP using the tunnel but I am thinking of pricing up some flights to see if we can cut down on the travel time otherwise we are going to spend two full days driving to and from and I would rather have the park time if we can manage it financially.
I have heard of Easyjet before but I don't know any of the other airlines in UK.

Thanks!

easyjet are by far the cheapest and have flights everyday. I looked into Air France too but they were a lot dearer.

If you are in Ely, Cambridgesire it might be worth looking into traveling via the Eurostar train. The trains from Ely to London Kings Cross are very regular and St Pancras International station is next door to London Kings Cross station.

I live in Waterbeach, the village in between Ely and Cambridge and we always use the train to get to Disneyland Paris. We find it quicker than flying.

This will be our 4th trip with easyjet coming up in May. The first time we had a 7 hour delay coming back. Other than that all else has been fine :) (touch wood)

We are flying this time (Eurostar last time) and we are going with Flybe. We're going from Southampton, but I think they fly from other regional airports too.

Thanks guys, I have looked into Eurostar but it seemed really expensive and we figured if we had a car hire anyway we may as well use the car itself. Husband is still keen to drive and I guess the tunnel experience will be something pretty different for our kids.
Is it about 2.5 hours down to Folkestone driving? I think the kids might cope okay with that distance.

Jonjo - It really is a Small World afterall :rotfl2: ....my husband grew up in Waterbeach and his parents still live there hence the whole reason for our UK trip in May!

For New Years, we weighed up Air France v Easyjet, and Air France was slightly dearer but their price included luggage and had better flight times.

On the whole tho I prefer Easyjet as an airline (just had a flawless trip to Malaga last night with EZY and they were great :) )

It was Edinburgh to CDG...priced up from the disney website...couldn't be bothered re checking on the AF site when I saw easy jet was £210!!..(ok I'm lazy!!;))

by the way £500 is well good for air france!!...we've never been that price and we are only 2 kids 2 adults...and you will get something to eat too..ok its not great but I like getting food that you don't have to pay for and it breaks up the flight!!! xxx

I just checked on the AF website and for us 4 to go it would be £710.96

(thats going with the times we usually go, could have got cheaper with later flights though but not much cheaper...leaving from Edinburgh)

It must be our dates - w/c 11 Oct. The 500 price was with easyjet from glasgow or edinburgh - not to worry - i'll work something out.
