We are only there for two nights:
Arrive 1.30pm on Monday, will go to Buffalo Bill's on Monday night and then we have Cafe Mickey booked for Tuesday night and that's all I've booked! Is there anywhere else I must go with a 4 year old boy for lunch on the Tuesday and Wednesday? Anywhere that shouldn't be missed?

I think you've got it covered with Buffalo Bills for the cowboy theme and Cafe Mickey for the character meet. If you are doing counter service, and if he likes Toy story, then you could try Pizza Planet which has an indoor play area too - but other than that for a 2 night stay, I can't think of anything else.
Have fun :goodvibes

Rainforest Cafe will probably go down a treat.

Yes, that would be good for lunch on Wednesday.
For lunch on Tuesday how about the counter service in the Studios that used to be called Backlot Express. I can't remember what it's changed its name to but it's now half Pirates of the Caribbean and half HSM. I'm sure he'd love the Pirate section.

Ooh, thanks for the info. I like the idea of the Rainforest Cafe but not sure our pennies will stretch that far (are you able to use meal vouchers in there)? We're also going to London for the day on Sunday so may go there.
Must find out the new name of Backlot Express!
Pizza Planet seems to get poor reviews, has anyone been recently?

The Backlot Express is now called Blockbuster Cafe.
I'm 99% certain you can't use your vouchers at the Rainforest Cafe as it's not a Disney restaurant but I can tell you that the one in London is my favourite. :thumbsup2

You can't use the vouchers in the Rainforest Cafe unfortunately as it's non-Disney. MacDonalds, Planet Hollywood and Cafe Ludwig (?) are also excluded along with Starbucks.

the cheyenne and annettes were both nice, we had free meal vouchers and it covered both. we had dinner there on monday and tuesday nights
in annettes for the adults it was coleslaw, hash brown sticks (yum) or soup (DP and BIL had this and loved it, think it was potato and broccoli) then a burger from any of the classics and brownie for dessert. the kids had a great choice and loved when the servers got up and danced on the counter.
the cheyenne was a huge buffet
