Silly question for those who have been to Orlando a lot and watch Travel Channel

Have you seen the episode on the Travel Channel when its talking about Orlando and they show "Spook Hill" where you put your car in neutral and its supposed to roll UP the hill?

So has anyone done this and where in relation to WDW is it?
