I haven't stayed there yet, but we have photos and reviews from members on the Sequoia Lodge here :) -

Yes
Nice
Yes
is my short answer.:rotfl:
We have stayed at Sequoia Lodge 4 times and enjoyed it every time. I didn't use the pool but my daughter and husband did and said it was good fun. The bar in SL is particularly inviting and breakfasts were nice.
We went twice to Buffalo Bills - once before the characters were added and once since. Some people were worried they would spoil the show but the main elements are still there - the buffalo, the Annie Oakley stuff, the humourous bits, the 'mysterious' stuff. We loved it both times.

Hi,im just wondering is it worth paying extra for a Montana room? Does it cost more to request a lake side room? thanks

When your pricing it up, there is an option to up-grade room the price will be there. It depends when you are going and duration.

Hi, if you're going a time of year when it may be wet or cold then I would say book the Montana. It's nice not to have to get all dressed up to go down to breakfast or if you want to nip down to the bar or shop. I just booked it again today for our November trip.
You have to book and pay extra to be sure of a Lake view. Last time we got one without having booked it! We had requested a no smoking room so I don't know if they have a view or if we were just lucky and got upgraded!
We really enjoyed our stay-it was a lovely walk to the parks from there too.
