Question about booking 11 months out??

Okay, I know I have some time, but I have decided to try and book a trip for Nov-Dec 2003, which means I have to book in Dec-Jan. Now, I know that is a popular time for DVC, so....

1. Might I still have a problem with waitlist even if I call on the exact time?

2. Should I book night by night as I have seen some do-Better chance of getting all my nights?

3. Has anyone gotten waitlisted at 11 months out and NEVER gotten what they needed?

You pretty much always get what you want with an 11 month window, especially in February. As a teacher who only travels during the peak times of Easter, summer, and Christmas, I have never had a problem getting what I want to rent at the 11 month window. Once you get down to the 7 month window, though, some accommodations will be sold out.

That Nov-Dec period is one of the hardest to get. It really depends on what room you want. Call the first day and ask how availability looks, even if they tell you its wide open, call the second day to. If they again say that its wide open, you could wait till the end or at least skip a day or three.

If you are looking for any standard view at BWV, any Grand Villa or have some wierd need, call every day at 9:00 sharp.
