I think I understand how ordering from garden grocer works...according to reviewing old posts about this topic. Our trip is only a month away so I'm thinking we should place the order relatively soon. My dilemna is....right now we are booked at a value resort, but there is a chance that we may upgrade to a moderate. So, do I wait to place my garden grocer order until we know for sure where we are staying? Or is it easy enough to change that detail?
Thanks!!!

I would wait until you know where you are staying so you don't have any delivery problems.

You really don't have to order until a week before you leae, and if you have a problem, call them! The phone people are very obliging...the computer, less so.

Agree with PP - wait until a few days or week before to place your order. We did this last month - 3 days before was fine.

I agree... Plus we had to make a change shortly before our trip and we called in and they were very accommodating.

I would go ahead and place the order this way you can reserve your date at time frame. If anything changes you can just call them and update your order. I would also call them the day before your vacation to confirm your order either way.

I would order as soon as possible. They are only allowed to make a certain number of deliveries per day. I would be a shame if you waited too long.

We just returned from out trip today :sad1: We used GardenGrocer and I ordered my food 3 weeks in advance. One week before our trip, GardenGrocer called to confirm our dates and resort. They dropped our groceries off before we arrived and our resort (POR) put them in the fridg for us until we arrived. Only bad thing is that they didn't tell us they had delivered them before we arrrived so we had to call at the end of our delivery window to find out they were already there.
