How often do you think Loews gives free room upgrades?
We are going in July for our anniversary and to celebrate my 30 1/2 birthday. I couldn't celebrate my 30th because I just had my daughter.

Some people have gotten a free upgrade but thats very few. When you are going in July is one busiest times of year so there would be no extra rooms to upgrade too, most likely.:thumbsup2
