If I recall correctly, it is not.

I think you can get it for an additional charge. It was not included in the DDP w/o an addtl charge when I went last year.

Most reports are yes, with an additional surcharge.

According to wdwinfo menus, it is considered family-style/priced per person. I don't see why it is not included on DDP. But I do know that the Berber Feast at lunch is included, and can be shared; DH and I did that in December 09.
