We are going in December (well actually Nov. 29) for 10 days. We have paid for the Deluxe dining plan and are staying at POP. IF they offer free dining during this time and its only the Quick service can we upgrade to Deluxe and if so for how much more money? If its a possibility and the numbers stay close to the same as now we will stay for 2 weeks!!!
