How do I create one with images pasting in-shoes, dress etc?

I'm not sure if there's a better way, there probably is, but I just pasted mine into Paint and moved things around.

That's what I did too, if you have photoshop though you could use it.

I decided to try to make one this weekend, I used Powerpoint because you can group images and then save them as one image easily. I didnt put in my dress because I dont want my fiance to see it so I dont have any pics of it saved on my computer! But I think it turned out pretty well! What do you all think?
