We had 2 feet of heavy wet snow north of the NYC metro area, which caused an unprecedented 150,000 people without power over the weekend. All DH and I can say is "We can't wait to retire and move to Florida". 3 more years. Enjoy the great weather Florida friends! ;)

I'm in sunny, beautiful Sarasota. Gorgeous blue skies, light tropical breezes, a quick bike ride away from the beach - paradise by any estimation.

But.

Frankly a couple of weeks in freezing, rainy England sounds pretty darned good to me ! I've never been.

I am so sick of the weather in Wisconsin. Winter seems to drag on and on... and on. I haven't seen sunlight in at least a week, and the ground is covered in almost a foot of snow. I really wish I was in Florida; I miss WDW soooo much. Our next trip isn't planned until Oct. 1, but I've been looking at the calendar trying to figure a quick 3 day 'fix'.

As far as moving, I would in a nano second if I could take my wonderful circle of friends with me....just can't stand the thought of not being near them. However, I could stand to spend several of the winter months in Florida, as long as I flew home at least once a month.:goodvibes
