I dont know if you have been to this site or not but I actually found the recipes for tons of restaurant dishes and the shrimp scampi was one of them from red lobster, its called copykat.com. ENJOY!!!

I thought you were reporting the salmonella mess that happened a couple of weeks ago at a Chattanooga Red Lobster! Several people got REALLY sick! I was in the ER with my Dad and a woman came in screaming in pain!
