Question about dessert party at epcot

I am wondering if anyone has had the dessert party at epcot and was in the Morocco location. Is the view of Illuminations good or is it obstructed by the islands in the middle? I saw photos of the location and it looked nice,I could see the big ball over to the side, but wasnt sure if it moved out to where the one island is an obstruction. If anyone could help me or tell me about their experience I would appreciate it.

We had an awesome view from that location! There was only a short time we couldn't see the globe.

This will be our location in June. I am pretty sure PrincessShea had her reception here. If it was her she said not to worry about the location as it was fine in her trip report.

Awesome, thank you for the responses. I was a bit worried when I saw the island. We are having my daughters birthday party in this location in July when we go to WDW.
