Restaurants

Hi we are going to Disney for 6 nights and I need some help in choosing my restaurants as I want to pre book. We have free meal vouchers so wish to use them as part payments. Are there any 'must go to' restaurants? At the moment we are thinking of going to Chef Mickey, Beavers creek and maybe the parkside diner. Are there any good restaurants in the parks?

Walts is a must I think . Blue Lagoon gets mixed reviews but Ive had 3 wonderful meals there and the scenery is wonderful.
I also like Silver Spur and the Steakhouse although the last one is in the village not the park
