On the last night of our cruise in a concierge level room they gave us a questionaire. One of the sections of questions asked several about concierge services that we received before sailing.

I thought back and I did receive one quick phone call from someone at DCL a few months before we set sail and the guy asked if I had any questions.

That was it. Did I miss something, was someone supposed to call or provide some special assistance or services?

After you book, you should get an email telling you of the cotnact points, and also the normal ''pre reservations window'', booklet for the cruise will also refer to it.

Land based services are on the phone, and by email from your paid in full date, to embarkation.

They say; Explore everything about your cruise in the Planning Center. Then email your dedicated Concierge Service Specialist (dcl.concierge.services@disneycruise.com). Or call 1-866-784-1654 Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., EST.

You contact them if required, they do not normally contact you.
