I'm trying to call (for the first time) the shareholders booking number. Have tried several variations and just get a message in french!! Ack!

Yep, me too - the only time I've called them, I just waited until a real person answered (ie at the end of the automated message you get) and spoke English. Someone called me back, and we had our conversation in English.
