No.
There's no official word on when sales will start or what the DVC point chart will look like.

Nice to hear they have narrowed the estimate to the Fall of 2011. I just happened to notice that the airfare to Honolulu was cheaper than going to Maui by a fair amount. Of course, we fly to Oahu, we probably want to visit a couple of islands too.
Great photos on the Yesterland website.

I dont get it, I thought Hawaii looked like this. Have never been there and really hope to some day. Am I misguided and this will be much better than it looks? At least tell me it faces west so you can watch the sun set in the ocean-love that at Clearwater beach.

It will not be long till we see a flag or crismas tree on top. My bet is for a late spring 2011 opening. I am thinking sales will start late this year

There are parts of each of the islands of Hawaii that are very green and tropical, with spectacular scenery.
However, most resorts, including Ko Olina, are in rather arid parts of Hawaii. If there's landscaping and it's watered regularly, it's lush and green. It makes sense that resorts are in places where there's a lot of sun and very little rain.
Yes, Ko Olina faces west, and the sunsets are outstanding.

Those photos are from Feb. 8 and Feb. 9. The photos at Yesterland are from Feb. 21. http://www.yesterland.com/disneykoolina8.html
Even though that's a difference of less than two weeks, there's been noticeable progress.

If the tsunami hits Hawaii, will it affect this resort? I'm not sure what side of the island this is located.

That's the same thing that came to my mind. We can only hope for the best.

I see, that makes sense. West facing will be very nice IMO.
