ESPN 5K anyone?

any of you going to be at the ESPN 5k tomorrow?

I'm going to be "wogging" it since I'm only at Week 5 of the C25k program and not ready to run the whole thing yet.

Not this year.
I did it last year and could not make the first turn, it was so sharp that a CM came over and lifted me!!! So I won't be doing it again.

Your have a great time, and don't worry about your pace, last year one of the celebritys took over 1:00:00 to finish.

The worse part is the hill going behind TOT, but once your there your almost done.
