Morning, all. Here is Wednesday's edition. As always, I hope you enjoy them.

One sixth of all Americans, an estimated 43 million people, move each year. (I've moved twice in my life and hope it will be a long time before I do so again)

1/4 of the world's population lives on less than $200 a year. Ninety million people survive on less than $75 a year. ( I guess maybe we should think twice before we start crying that we can't afford to go to WDW)

M&M's stands for the last names of Forrest Mars, Sr., the candymaker and his associate Bruce Murrie.

And speaking of M&M's.......
They were developed so soldiers could eat candy without getting their fingers sticky.

China's Beijing Duck Restaurant can seat 9000 at one time. (Now that's what a call a lot of Chinese food)

85% of the population can curl their tongue into a tube. (Ready, set, go! Can you do it?)

And speaking of Chinese food.......
A company in Taiwan makes dinnerware out of wheat, so you can have your Chinese food and eat your plate too!

More Monopoly money is printed in a year than real money throughout the world.

And finally, believe it or not........
Americans spend $10 million each day on potato chips. (and we wonder why, as a nation, we're all getting fatter)

Have a great day!

Thanks, Kathy;) . When it comes to "moving" I think that you're almost VIRGINAL:p :p :p . We're now a pretty mobile society; the latest figures show that the average American has made over 7 moves in a lifetime...........frequently many more:) :)

You're right EROS. I live in Jamacia Plain (almost as yuppie as Cambridge) and constant ebb and flow is amazing. Of course a lot of the movement is due to the large student population that inhabits our little corner of the world. I have one more move in my lifetime planned. If all goes well, in 10 years Joe and I will be happily residing in Charleston SC. You and Mrs. EROS can come south and will never have to worry about a place to stay.

I have moved 8 times in my life. The first move was when I got married. I led a much more stable life before marriage. He! He!

Interesting, Kathy!

If I ever get to Beijing or Taiwan, I'll have to check out those restaurants!

As for moving, I moved quite a bit when I was in school and in residency. But after getting married and having kids, we've only moved once, and that was over 11 years ago. We tend to be pack rats, so I'd HATE to think about moving now!!
