Hi,

I'm staying at the WL in May. I had a few questions:

1. Will we be able to use our resort refillable mugs at other resorts?
2. Are the mugs from this year the same as 2008? We're planning to bring our 2008 mugs and wanted to know if the design is the same or not.
3. We're meeting some family members from the Orlando area at the Poly for a quick swim. If I bring extra mugs, can they use them at the Poly?

Okay, just kidding! I swear, I've gotten similar questions from friends. :rotfl:

I hope I am able to answer your questions - we had a lot of questions ourselves about the refillable mugs.

1. You can use your mugs at other resorts. Just sneak past all the resort guests and start filling your mug. It helps if you cut a few legitimate resorts guests off at the ice machine. They will never figure out you're not entitled.

2. The mugs are different, but we just took a permanent marker (we had some for the autograph books) and updated our mugs to look like the new ones.

3. I am not sure about family members as mine will no longer meet me anywhere near Disney property, but I would think that you could either use those extra mugs (updated of course) or just have them put their mouths directly on the soda fountain and help themselves.

Good luck!:cool1::cool1:

I was wondering some of these same things.

I think I'm actually going to skip the mug altogether and just fill up our ice bucket. Has anyone tried this? I'm squeezing 9 people into our room at POP and don't really see how I can afford the mugs.

:rotfl: I never thought of the ice bucket! ARGH! I could have saved so much money last trip.

You could fill the ice bucket, then use it to fill the bathtub! Think of how much it would hold!!:laughing:
